At Old House Shop, we work with a mix of trusted production partners and ship certain items directly from our workshop. This allows us to offer high-quality products without overproducing or generating waste.

Below is what you can expect when placing an order with us.


Order Processing & Production Times

Dropshipped Items (Apparel, Candles, Stickers, Mugs, etc.)

Most of our products are printed or created especially for you when you order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time varies by carrier and is typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s available.

Items Shipped by Us (Books, Patches)

These items ship directly from our location.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

If you order a book or patch alongside a dropshipped item, your order may arrive in multiple packages.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.

Occasionally, we offer promotions such as discounted shipping or free shipping thresholds. These will be clearly noted on the site.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally on selected products.

  • Shipping times vary widely by location.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.
    We’ll continue to expand international options as we grow.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, contact your local carrier first—most delivery issues can be resolved quickly. If you still need help, contact us, and we’ll do what we can.


Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue:

  • Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

  • We’ll replace items that arrive defective or damaged at no cost to you.

For lost packages:

  • We'll work with the carrier to investigate and replace the item whenever possible.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships—whether from a production partner or from us—you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Some tracking updates may be delayed during carrier backlogs or holidays.
